Dean has a depth of knowledge after nearly 30 years of pastoral care and leadership experience behind him. He has led a number of organisations in both New Zealand and Australia, a leadership journey that began back as a teenager leading his local church youth group.
Dean has since pastored two churches and has led dozens of leaders, staff and volunteers during these roles.
